This is a high-impact, high-visibilityrole reporting to the Director of Business Transformation and Change Management. The consultant willbe responsible fordriving adoption, inspiring stakeholders, and embedding lasting changeand AI initiativesacrossacomplex, regulatedhealthcareenvironment. Too often, patients forego or cannot complete prescribed therapy due to complicated qualification processes, unmanageable costs, or uncertainty about their medications. Change project planning:Design and executechange strategiesand plansthat supportassigneddigital/AIchanges within theDirectorsbusinesstransformationportfolioacross patient services,COEs, commercial technology, andpharmacy operations.
Analysis:Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses,build change personas,andconductreadiness evaluations to guide successfulchange projectimplementations.
StakeholderEngagement:Build strong partnerships across Patient Access, Case Management, Specialty Hubs, Pharmacy Operations, IT, and executive leadership.Perform stakeholder analysisfor keychange/AI initiativesto build engagement and reduce blockers and resistance to change.
Communications:Design communication strategies, plans,compellingmessagingfor assigned change/AI projects(infographics, Veeva Engage posts, slides, manager huddle scripts)tailored to diverse audiencesfrom frontline to leaders.Graphic/creative skills are highly valued but notrequired.
AI Initiatives:Championand manage change forassignedAIinitiatives;includespartnering withthe Productteam,Technology teams,PMO,L&D, Pharmacy,COEs,andOperationsandmanaging barriers to change andAIadoption,
Adoption Metrics:Monitorchangeprojectmetrics,create surveys,feedback loops, andassessperformance indicators to ensure long-term successfor assigned initiatives within the Director-managed business and AI transformation portfolio.Gather reporting, surveys, analyticsto help directorassessorganizational resistance/readiness for AI.
ValueManagement:Assist the Directorwithimplementingabenefitsrealizationmethodologyand toolsetto ensure that individualchanges, AI use cases, and larger transformation programs realize ROI and expected benefits.
Culture and Organizational Development:Contribute toTransformation Officeand L&Defforts to strengthen and maintain our amazing culture by supporting onboarding programs,Voice of the Employee (VOE) engagement programs, leaderdevelopment, and other culture change initiatives that reinforce the Cardinal Health valuesand prepare the organization for rapid growth and scalability.
Contribute tomethodologies, frameworks, andtoolsthat drive operational excellence, accelerate digital and AI transformation, and enable sustained execution across the organization.
Bachelors degree in business, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred.
Strong consultingskills,executive presence andcommunication, analysis, data gathering, cross-functional and collaborative,and organizational skills.
Ability tomulti-task, context switch,work in a fast-pacedandcollaborative environment, whiledeliveringquality results within aggressivetimeframes.
Advanced certifications in digital/AI transformation,AI essentials,coaching,training facilitation,LeanSixSigma,OrganizationalDevelopment (ODCP), CPMAIwill make a candidate stand out from the pack.
Deep understanding and application of Change Managementmethodologyend-to-end from strategy and planning to change impact analysis, communications plans and messaging, stakeholder analysis and engagement, readiness assessments, training and facilitation, change reporting and metrics, and reinforcement and sustainability.
Solid understandingofpatient services, hubs, PBMs, payorsor pharmacy operationswill differentiate you from other candidates.
Experience withinthe specialty pharma ecosystem, with experience in Payors, PBMs, Specialty Hubs, Patient Services,Patient Assistance Programs, Medicaid,and Pharmacy Operationspreferred.
