The WFM Analyst supports daily operations by monitoring call volume, staffing levels, and performance metrics to ensure service standards are consistently met. The role involves performing routine tasks, researching inquiries using various tools and systems, and helping maintain smooth call center operations through accurate, real time workforce insights.
This position is onsite at our Nashville location. The center operates 24/7; therefore, candidates must be able to work a shift during any time within a 24-hour period, including weekends and holidays.
